Light:  Medium to bright indirect natural light; can tolerate low natural light with supplemental indoor lighting. Artificial lighting can slow growth.

Water: Bottom water this plant every 2 weeks; Ensure that the soil is at least 50% dry before watering again.

Humidity: Run a humidifier in the room where your Maranta is located every 1-2 days for optimal growth and foliage health.

Temperature: Keep indoor temperatures above 68 degrees Fahrenheit

Soil: well draining potting soil mixture with some cacti soil and perlite added

Fertilizing: fertilize sparingly in the spring time only; utilize a water soluble formula and only add about half of the recommended amount.

Repotting: Repot when 80% of the soil within the pot is completely covered with roots. It is better to wait longer to repot then to do so too soon.

Pests: These plants are toxic to both cats and dogs. Ensure that pets do not consume.
